"Great RV park for short lay overs or extended stay for remote/contract workers/families. Well laid out, easy in and out and mostly pull through sites. Great location (10min) to stores and shopping in Smithfield. Only complaint is few amenities beside the bathhouse (which is brand new and immaculate) and propane, but the owner says they have plans for a dog park, pool and other upgrades coming this year. Major perks are friendly and accommodating office staff, no family size restrictions or breed restrictions on dogs (if not aggressive) and no 10 year rule as long as your rig is well maintained (send them pics for approval). Enjoyed our stay here, also be sure to use directions on website as Google Maps will send you to the office which in a small complex near (but not in) the park. Also, get take out from Brothers Italian in the BP near the park, it's fantastic!"

"* Nice Campground with good daily rates, great monthly rates, and very nice staff._* convenient to Smithfield, Garner, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, etc._* Amenities are few, but they have plans for expansion and improvements._* Office is hard to find. I attached a photo to try to help you find it. Office has frontage on highway 70. Braswell construction is the sign on the front, but once you go in you will find a very helpful staff to assist you._* I give it between 4 and 5 stars for overall value. I rounded up because of a very helpful and kind staff._* My wife and I will be back._Hope this helps someone._Thanks."
